KSRM Associates is a professional Chartered Accountancy firm dedicated to providing reliable accounting, taxation, auditing, and corporate compliance services. We work closely with MSMEs, growing startups, and salaried individuals across Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR, and PAN India.

With a heavily client-centric model, we believe that professional services require direct accountability. Unlike larger, impersonal agencies that hand client files off to raw apprentices, every tax portfolio or audit folder at KSRM Associates receives the hands-on oversight of an ICAI certified senior partner.

Our Founding Core

Founded by FCA partners Kuldeep Saini and Ravi Shankar Mishra, KSRM was established to fill a major gap in the financial services sector: premium, qualified accounting advice delivered with the responsive care of a custom boutique firm.

Later joined by ACA partner Jasvinder Singh, the firm expanded its reach into automated e-invoice compliance, GSTR-2B reconciliations, and startup advisory models, serving over 500 active clients across Uttar Pradesh and adjacent states.
